“How did I get like this?”
I hear that question all of the time. You’re likely pissed off with how you look and how you feel right now.
Shit happens. You can’t always stay on top of your fitness. Life gets in the way. You fall behind. You miss a few workouts, you eat whatever you want because it’s easy, you get a little older, and suddenly you look like crap and feel even worse.
You’re still reading, so you’re likely guilty of one or all of the following:
- Don’t like the way that you look.
- Feel crappy all of the time.
- Low on energy. Stupid Redbulls!
- No sex-drive.
I have good news for you! This is all going to change.
You see, I hate fitness rules. I also hate looking like crap or feeling miserable.
I don’t want you to stay in all of the time, chewing on organic beets while the world passes you by. I also don’t want you to feel crappy about yourself.

You see, the world’s best athletes that perform at the highest level all have coaches. Anyone that has done anything great in life had a coach that helped them get there. There’s only so much that you can do on your own. You need to eventually invest some time and money into having someone on your side that’s going to push you to the next level.

- Muy Thai? Hell yeah.
- BJJ tournaments? Yes.
- Pro wrestling matches. Hell yeah.
It’s like having your own personal trainer/life coach/nutritionist without any of the awkwardness or high fees!
Who have I helped?
My biggest claim to fame is helping my youngest brother turn into a 210lb monster at 17 (as pictured below). His transformation was so inspiring that he was featured in a local Canadian fitness magazine. Boom!
